2007 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The 2007 vintage started early after a dry winter with consistent summer temperatures adding to the fruit development and varietal flavour.

Tropical fruit, citrus and mineral characters of the Sauvignon Blanc combine with a small amount of Semillon to add fulness and length.

The natural acidity makes this wine the perfect aperitif or addition to any seafood meal. 12%

2004 Shiraz

In 2004, long hot summer days and cool nights gave the region one of the best growing seasons on record producing a rich spicy wine which has been enhanced by the subtle influences of 12 months in French oak. The Shiraz vineyard is situated 100 metres above sea level and enjoys the maritime influences of the Geographe region. Enjoy the fresh clean dark berry flavours now or cellar for two to four years – you won’t be disappointed. 14.5%

2005 Shiraz

In 2005, we experienced a cool start to the growing season with a long ripening perid allowing the fruit to develop intense rich sweet berry flavours with a touch of spice. This wine has been enhanced by the subtle influences of 14 months in French oak. Enjoy the fresh clean dark berry flavours now or cellar for three to five years. 14.0%

2005 Grenache

Made in the true French style this wine is light in weight with fleshy flavours of cherries, liquorice and raspberries. The palate is spicy with well integrated tannins and is packed with rich fruit characters yet stylish and refined, enhanced by 14 months in new Saury French oak. 15.8%
