The 2009 vintage was one of contrasts. Late rains and sunshine contributed to a faltering start. Eventually the weather settled and we experienced a moderate but dry summer, consistent temperatures without the vine shrivelling highs of previous years produced exceptional fruit. 

Tropical fruit, citrus and mineral characters of the Sauvignon Blanc combine with a small amount of Semillon to add fulness and length.

 The natural acidity makes this wine a great addition to any seafood meal. 12.5%

Made in the true French style this wine is light in weight with fleshy flavours of cherries, liquorice and raspberries. The palate is spicy with well integrated tannins and is packed with rich fruit characters yet stylish and refined, enhanced by 14 months in new Saury French oak.  15%

This wine displays an abundance of flavours, plum. chocolate and cherry.
It is finely structured with soft tannins and delicate black pepper flavour on the palate.  All these flavours have been brought together by the subtle influences of 12 months in new French oak.   14.6%
